An all-levels yoga class led by Heather Morgado, goats will visit from Bradley Mountain Farm, wear comfortable clothing, towels are recommended for the mat, for ages 10 and up, children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver, session one is from noon-12:50 pm, session two is from 1-1:50 pm; 866-620-8640, cvhfoundation.org.
