The Children's Adventure Center (CAC), 14 Riverside Road, organized an afternoon high tea in honor of former First Selectman Pat Llodra, on February 1.

Members of the CAC Board and the St Rose Parish, as well as First Selectman Dan Rosenthal and other community members, attended the special gathering.

CAC Director Anna Ruggiero prepared a wide spread of tea sandwiches and treats, as well as supplied an assortment of teas and honey for guests to enjoy.

To thank Ms Llodra for her support for their reading program and for being one of their first public readers to the children, the CAC dedicated a rocking chair in her name and presented her with a watch to show their gratitude.
