Newtown residents who wish to speak in favor of, or against, Newtown’s proposed ordinance prohibiting the storage, disposal, or use of fracking waste may do so at a public hearing scheduled for 7 pm on Wednesday, December 5.

For context...class of 2005 had 360 students, the number of graduating seniors seemed to cap out in the late 2000's in the low 400's.
