The Band & Guard took home three of five possible caption awards including Best Visuals, Best Percussion, and Best Overall Effect.

The undefeated Marching Band & Guard's next challenge is the US Bands New England Regional Championships at Trumbull High School on November 4. Newtown performs in the qualifying rounds at 2:30 pm for one of six possible finalist spots in the championship round.
