THE HYDE COLLECTION ART IN THE ‘TOON AGE

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. — “Art in the ‘Toon Age” examines the impact of cartoons and graphic styles on three generations of visual artists who worked in this style from the 1960s until the 1990s. Drawn from the collections of the Kresge Art Museum, “Art in the ‘Toon Age” features 43 works by 32 artists from 7 countries.

Organized by the Kresge Art Museum, Michigan State University, East Lansing, this national touring exhibit will be at the Charles R. Wood Gallery of the Hyde Collection from January 27 to April 13.
