Incest Survivors Support Group

DANBURY — Registration is now being accepted for a Co-Educational Incest Survivors Support Group conducted by the Women’s Center of Greater Danbury. The group will meet for 12 continuous weeks beginning in early spring.

The group, facilitated by a male and female counselor, provides a safe, supportive environment where adult survivors of child sexual assault explore and share their experiences, learn from others, and continue to grow and heal.

Screening for the free and confidential group is necessary. Call the Women’s Center office at 731-5200 or the Sexual Assault Hotline at 731-5204.

The Women’s Center offers 24-hour hotlines, crisis intervention, counseling, education and prevention programs, workshops, and an information and referral Helpline.
