The radio dispatchers at the Newtown Emergency Communications Center at Town Hall South, 3 Main Street, report the following fire calls and the responders:Thursday, February 4: 7:26 am, wires down, near 48 High Rock Road, Botsford responded.Friday, February 5: 4:53 am, mutual aid call to Southbury, Sandy Hook responded; 11:36 am, odor of gas indoors, 49 Mt Nebo Road, Dodgingtown and Hook & Ladder responded.Saturday, February 6: 7:42 pm, burning odor outdoors, near 12 Mile Hill Road South, Hook & Ladder responded; 9:55 pm, chimney fire, 5 Daves Lane, Botsford and Hook & Ladder responded.Sunday, February 7: 9:31 pm, alarm, 20 Phyllis Lane, Dodgingtown responded.Monday, February 8: 3:53 pm, wires down, near intersection of Sugar Street and Scudder Road, Hook & Ladder responded.Tuesday, February 9: 5:43 pm, odor of gas outdoors, near 8 Queen Street, Hook & Ladder responded; 6:52 pm, odor of gas outdoors, near 100 Church Hill Road, Sandy Hook responded.Wednesday, February 10: 1:59 am, medical assist, Mt Nebo Road, Dodgingtown responded; 5:20 pm, alarm, 166 Mt Pleasant Road, Hawleyville, Dodgingtown, and Hook & Ladder responded; 5:23 pm, investigation, 138 Underhill Road, Sandy Hook responded.
