to public interest, the Town of Newtown Inland Wetland Commission

will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday,

February 28, 2024, in the Community Center, Multi-Purpose Room #3, 8

Simpson Street, Newtown, CT on the following application:

IW Application #24-03 by TheResidence at Berkshire, LLC,

property located at 296 Berkshire

Road, to construct a new roadway with a stream crossing for an 11

single-family cluster-home development.

and related documents are on file and available for public

inspection in the Land Use Agency, Newtown Municipal Center, 3

Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut.
