Newtown Centre of Classical Ballet & Voice offered a performance of its rendition of "Under the Sea" at two school assemblies on Wednesday, March 8.

Newtown Centre of Classical Ballet & Voice Artistic Director Tory Gozzi welcomed students to the first assembly of the day and explained that "Under the Sea" is a classic ballet.

Ms Gozzi asked the Middle Gate students to note how the ballet students danced throughout the performance. Some, she said, would move like sea horses while others would mimic a school of fish.

After the performance, Ms Gozzi challenged the assembly to point out the dancers who performed as different undersea creatures.
