Financial Management For Small Businesses, At Library

C.H. Booth Library's monthly Brown Bag Business Hour will continue Tuesday, April 12, when Paula Woodhouse from Newtown Savings Bank will provide a business financial management overview for current and future small business owners.

Topics to be discussed include:

*Financial management practices, rules, and tools that are commonly available to a small business;

*How these financial management practices, rules, and tools work;

*Financing basics for startups, growing businesses, working capital, and fixed assets; and

*Credit reporting overview.

The program runs from noon to 1 pm in the meeting room of the library, 25 Main Street.

The Brown Bag Business Hour provides an opportunity to eat, learn and network - join others in the entrepreneurial, home office, and small business community for this recurring networking and educational series. Bring lunch and business cards; no registration is necessary.
