Track And Field Teams Compete In Bloomfield Invitational

Newtown High School track and field athletes had some standout performances in the season-opening Bloomfield Invitational, on April 9. Leading the way were first-place pole vaulter Lauren Russo and first-place shot-put competitor Jack Godfrey. Newtown's top results are as follows:

100 meter dash: 4. Emma Curtis, 13.36.
