Newtown Allies For Change, a grassroots advocacy organization run by volunteers to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in Newtown, invites students in grades 5-8 to join its Youth Group for its next meeting.

The group will meet at C.H. Booth Library, 25 Main Street, on Saturday, April 27, at 11 am. It will be in the chbMakers’ Corner of the library.

The goal of this group is to give young people their own place to focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in Newtown and beyond through conversation, education, and activities following the lead of the NAFC. All are welcome.

Snacks will be provided for the 60-minute gathering.
