James and Cristi Walker purchased a home at 80 Wildhorse Court, Monroe, from Thomas and Terri Ann Kennedy.

Patti Meyer, GRI, with Coldwell Banker Bob Tendler Real Estate was the listing agent and also negotiated the sale.

Attorney Virginia Mihalko of Shelton represented the sellers while Walker and Associates of Stamford represented the buyers.
