Bike Clinic On Sunday

A bicycle safety clinic is scheduled for 10 am to noon, Sunday, May 20, in the parking lot behind Edmond Town Hall at 45 Main Street.

Police Youth Officer Dana Schubert said the police department and the town’s parks and recreation department will jointly sponsor the event.

At the clinic, police will advise youths and their families about helmet use, bicycle maintenance, bicycle safety, and the rules of the road.

The bicycle safety clinic is being held in conjunction with a regional bicycle race that will pass through Newtown that day.
