Booth Space Available: Community Tag Sale Coming To St Rose

St Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church on Church Hill Road will sponsor a communitywide tag sale on Saturday, June 6, rain or shine from 9 am to 3 pm in the field behind the church.

St Rose parishioners and other Newtown residents alike are welcome to purchase a space to sell treasures cleared out from garages, attics, and basements. Money collected from the rental of spaces and/or tables will help parishioners in need through the St Rose Social Concerns Committee.

Spaces are 12 by 12 feet and are available for $35. A limited number of tables are available for rent at $10 each.

Vendors will be responsible for setting up and cleaning their own site, including taking out any nonsold items at the end of the day. Setup can begin as early as 7:30 that morning.

Vendors keep all the proceeds from sales at their spaces. Prices and negotiations of tag sale items are made by/with individual vendors. Everyone is invited to come and discover their treasure while searching through what might be known to others as junk.
