Update: The lacrosse game time has been changed again and will begin at 4:30 pm.

A few changes have been made for Newtown High School’s state tournament games this week. Times of today’s baseball and softball, and boys' lacrosse contests have been changed, and Newtown’s volleyball match has been switched from Friday to Thursday.

The baseball team will host Middletown today at 2:30 pm, and the softball team will visit Danbury today at 3 pm.

Newtown's boys' lacrosse team will visit Xavier of Middletown today at 4:30 pm.

On the volleyball court, the Nighthawks will host the winner of East Hartford and Trumbull on Thursday, May 30, at 5 pm, according to NHS athletic department officials.
