Rainer and Lynee Ertl purchased 9 Evelyn Drive, Naugatuck, from Alan and Diane Gambino.

Kathy Berg of William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realty sold the property in cooperation with the listing agent, Linda Mayfield of Coldwell Banker.

Attorney Patrick Zailkas, of Waterbury represented the sellers and attorney Michael Nahoum of Newtown represented the buyers.
