In celebration of Lee Paulsen, this year's Labor Day Parade grand marshal, FAITH food pantry volunteers and members of Newtown Boy Scout Troop 70 will be walking in the Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 4, collecting nonperishable food donations and cash contributions for the food pantry. We will be directly behind Lee at the beginning of the parade.

Please bring your donations to the parade with you, and watch for FAITH volunteers in light blue T-shirts and Boy Scouts in their uniforms. We will come to you at the side of the street - just call out to us! Thank you, and we look forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks.

Meanwhile, donations are always welcome on Tuesdays between 10 am and noon, and Thursdays between 6 and 7:30 pm, at the pantry, located in the former EverWonder Children's Museum building (within the TierOne complex), 31 Pecks Lane.
