Mary F. McLaren

Mary F. McLaren, 89, of Newtown, died September 22, at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife of Roy McLaren. She was born December 27, 1922, in Sandy Hook, a daughter of Mary (Donlon) and Ernest Ingram.

A loving wife for over 68 years, she was also a wonderful mother and grandmother.

In addition to her beloved husband, she is survived by her son Gerald McLaren and daughter Lynn Peters; two sisters, Louise Andrews and Shirley Luf; three grandchildren, Terry, Jason, and Mandy; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Mary McLaren.

All services are being held privately. The Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main Street North, is in charge of arrangements.
