A new event, The Family Art Fun Fair debuted at VFW Post 308 on Saturday, October 15, from 10 am to 4 pm. A rainbow of colorful balloons could be seen lining the roads leading up to the fair.

The event had fun for all ages including face painting, live musical entertainment, multiple art vendors, a silent auction, food, and pumpkin painting.

All proceeds that were raised went to benefit Newtown Cultural Arts Commission and VFW Post 308 scholarship funds.
