ALEXANDRIA, VA. — Antique lovers will get a presidential welcome November 14–16 at the Historic Alexandria Antiques Show. Celebrating its 60th consecutive year, the show will bring together 38 top-ranking dealers from a round the nation offering for sale more than 5,000 examples of antiques and fine art at the Holiday Inn Historic District, 625 First Street. Proceeds from the show benefit the Historic Alexandria Foundation. The foundation awards grants annually to an array of preservation projects and conducts a preservation awards program.

Whether decorating a single room or an entire house, serious shoppers will delight in discovering fine antiques at the Historic Alexandria Antiques Show; students and first-time treasure hunters will also find the show a friendly way to learn about the fascinating world of antiques.

Dealers will display furniture, paintings, prints, glass, ceramics, textiles, rugs, silver, clocks, jewelry, fold art, and equestrian and maritime antiques from three centuries. Every item is backed by a guarantee of authenticity.

Tickets are required for the preview party, November 13, 6:30 to 9:30 pm and for all other special events.
