Stephanie and Michael Schimenti purchased 263 Cobbler Lane in Southbury from Peopleâs United Bank.

Karen Michel of William Pitt Sothebyâs International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Kathy Berg of William Raveis Real Estate.

Attorney Frank Pietrosimone of Hamden represented the seller. Attorney Keith Hathaway of Woodbridge represented the buyers.
