Phillip and Nancy Callaci purchased property at 10 Hayestown Road in Danbury from Helen VanValkenburgh.

Lynn Liesegang of Advanced Real Estate sold the property, which was listed by Margaret Cronin of William Pitt Real Estate.

The seller was represented by attorney Timothy Deakin of Danbury and the buyers were represented by attorney Richard Kilcullen of Danbury.
