Henry “Hank” Dembek, 75, of Newtown, died unexpectedly November 16, at his home. He was born in Bridgeport, August 13, 1943.

He graduated from Harding High School in 1961. He was a devoted husband and father and was married to Colleen (Adams) Dembek for 39 years.

Mr Dembek lived in Newtown most of his life. He had worked at Connecticut Post for 47 years as a printer, where he retired. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family and talking to people.

His wife, Colleen, and son, Michael, both of Newtown; step-daughters, Kimberly, Jennifer, and Kelly; as well as his grandchildren and valued friends survive him. He will be sadly missed by his family and the many lives he touched.

Friends may call Tuesday, November 20, from 3 to 6 pm, at the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, with a service to take place at 5 pm.
