PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that

there will be a Public Hearing for proposed changes to Ordinance 67,

Chapter 199. Solid Waste beginning at 7:30 PM on Wednesday,

September 17th in the Council Chambers of the Newtown Municipal

Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, Connecticut, to hear public

comment on the possible enactment of amendments to the ordinance.

Town of Newtown Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public

hearing commencing at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025 in The

Newtown Municipal Center Council Chambers, 3 Primrose Street,
