    Marlene Fay (Collins) Sweitzer, 79, of Monroe, died February 23, in St Vincent’s Medical Center. She was born in Bridgeport, daughter of John J. and Clara Halvorsen Collins, and was the youngest of eight children. She was the wife of the late Donald Sweitzer.

Born in Sinac Lika, Croatia, January 18, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Mile and Katica Simatovic Bobinac. She immigrated to the United States in 1958.
