It’s the time of year when we at The Bee are looking forward to celebrating the first Newtown baby born in the year 2004.

As usual, merchants from throughout the community are helping to make this a special event through donations of many gifts and services for the first baby and the parents who win the contest.

The winning parents will be the ones who send the earliest birth date to The Bee by Tuesday, January 6. Accompanying documentation must include a note from your doctor stating the exact time and date of the baby’s birth, the place of birth, sex, weight, and name of the baby, and the name and address of the parents. The parents must be residents of Newtown.
