CPAs Offer Free Tax Advice For Individuals

ROCKY HILL — The Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA) is offering a free brochure entitled Winning Tax Moves for 2000. The brochure provides taxpayers with information and advice on preparing their 2000 income tax returns.

Winning Tax Moves for 2000 offers a dozen potential ways to save on 2000’s tax bill. The brochure explains changes instituted by the new laws which went into effect this year, and includes information on deductions, adjustments, and credits. Of course, there’s plenty of information about tax basics as well.

Individuals can obtain a copy of the brochure by sending a self addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Winning the Tax Moves for 2000 c/o CSCPA, 845 Brook Street, Building 2, Rocky Hill, CT 06067-3405. Supplies are limited.
