Walter Los

Walter Los, 96, formerly of Newtown, died December 31. He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte.

Mr Los was a chemistry and physics teacher at Newtown High School for 27 years until his retirement in 1971.

He is survived by three sons, David, Jonathan and Alexander, all of Mission Viejo, Calif.; three grandchildren, Michael and Christopher Los and Wendy Capper; and a great-granddaughter Ashlynn Capper, all of Mission Viejo.
