In addition to his wife of 58 years, Michael is survived by his children, Tony Pavia and his wife Susan Pavia, Michael Pavia and his late wife Bernadette Pavia, Rita Pavia-Loomis and her late husband Gary Loomis, and John Pavia and his wife Michelle Pavia.

Michael was a proud grandfather to his seven grandchildren: Marcello Pavia, Zachary Loomis, Michael Loomis, Isabella Pavia, Nicole Pavia, Nicholas Pavia, and Marina Pavia.

He is also survived by his sisters, Maria Gallucci and Ana Tufaro and Ana’s husband, Pat, along with his sister-in-law, Nella Pavia.

Michael was predeceased by his brothers Lenny Pavia and John Pavia, and his brother-in-law, Albert Gallucci.

Visitation for Michael will be Thursday, January 25, from 4-8 pm, at Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike in Monroe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, January 26, at 10:30 am, at St Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road in Newtown.
