Peter D’Amico’s Vision

To the Editor:

On behalf of the 1,600 players of the Newtown Soccer Club, I would like to thank Peter D’Amico for his vision of establishing a sports facility for the youth of Newtown.

Thanks to Peter’s perseverance and the support of friends and family, a new facility will be available for children as well as adults to participate in a variety of sports activities in a safe environment year round. The construction of this new facility is a welcome sight on the Fairfield Hills campus and will hopefully lead the way for future projects.
