The WWF Is Watching Its Manners

Manners matters, and the Working Women’s Forum’s is bringing in a speaker this month to help members and guests enhance their social graces in the workplace. On Wednesday, February 13, Karen Wolf of New England School of Protocol, LLC, will discuss whether one’s manners are helping or hurting professionally.

She will demonstrate how to use professional etiquette in making an entrance and working the room, introducing one’s self and others with ease, making the right kind of eye contact and distinguishing one’s self from the competition.

The program will be held at The Villa Restaurant, 4 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook, with networking beginning at 6 pm. Dinner and guest speaker program begins at 6:30. Call in reservations to 364-1667 or email: rsvp@workingwomensforum.net.

The program and dinner fee will be $25 for members and $35 for nonmembers. The Working Women’s Forum is an organization that provides a forum for working women to meet and grow professionally and personally through education, networking and the sharing of ideas and experiences.
