When Someone Has A Life-Threatening Illness

DANBURY — Anyone who may be concerned about a family member or friend who has been recently diagnosed with a life-threatening illness is encouraged by Regional Hospice to attend an upcoming workshop.

“What To Do When Someone Has a Life-Threatening Illness” will be held on Thursday, February 10, from 1 to 2:30 pm at The Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families, 73 Stadley Rough Road. This beneficial workshop will offer practical suggestions, guidance, and community resources for those concerned about someone who has a life-threatening illness.

The workshop will be led by Mary Condron, LCSW, who is a facilitator at The Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families. She is also an experienced medical social worker for Regional Hospice’s clinical programs.
