Nicole Wagner and Matthew Zelno

Mr and Mrs James Wagner of Wescosville, Penn., are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Nicole to Matthew Zelno, son of Mr and Mrs Henry Zelno of Brookfield, formerly of Newtown.

The future bride graduated from Emmaus High School in Emmaus, Penn., and Quinnipiac University in Hamden, with a bachelor of arts in legal studies. She is a contracts representative for Northrop Grumman in Baltimore, Md.

The future groom graduated from Newtown High School and Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., with a bachelor of sciences in criminal justice. He is a regional investigator for Target Corporation in Baltimore.

The couple resides in Ellicott City, Md. A September 2010 wedding is being planned.
