Jennifer Elise Dourand to Justin Kirk Fraczek
Jennifer Elise Dourand and Justin Kirk Fraczek announce their engagement to be married. Their proposal took place at sunrise on top of Camelâs Hump Mountain in the Green Mountains of Vermont.
The future bride is the daughter of Phillip Dourand of Suffern, N.Y., and Dorothy Dourand of Milford, Penn. She attended Port Jervis (N.Y.) High School, and SUNY Fredonia, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in music education.
Ms Dourand attended Western Connecticut State University and received a master of arts degree in education, and is employed as an instrumental and general music teacher at Increase Miller Elementary School in Westchester County, N.Y.
The future bridegroom is the son of Kirk and Nancy Fraczek of Old Town Road, Newtown. He graduated from Newtown High School with the Class of 1996, and attended Sacred Heart University. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2000, and is employed as a chef by Eurest Dining Services.
An October wedding is planned.
