Mr and Mrs Brennan Michael Fraczek

Johanna Lee Brown and Brennan Michael Fraczek were married on May 17, 2003, in the Newtown Meeting House with Justice of the Peace Deborah Stiewing presiding.

A reception following the ceremony took place at the couple’s home.

The bride is the daughter of Harry and Teresa Brown of Bay Shore, Long Island, N.Y.

The groom is the son of Kirk and Nancy Fraczek of Old Town Road, Newtown.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

She wore a strapless dress with a crystal beaded bodice, and she carried a spring bouquet of pink peonies and hydrangeas.

Best man was Justin Fraczek, the groom’s brother.

Ushers and attendants were Conner Brown and Patrick Brown, the bride’s brothers, both of Bay Shore, N.Y.

The bride attended Ithaca College, where she received a bachelor of arts degree. She received her master of arts degree from Boston University, and she is a grade eight language arts teacher at Flood Middle School in Stratford.

The groom attended Newtown High School graduating with the Class of 1993. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, and is a grade seven social studies teacher at Flood Middle School in Stratford.

The couple reside at 16 Woodcrest Avenue in Trumbull.
