Yoga Program On Immunics

Ellen Kratka of Sacred Spiral Services of Woodbury will present a program on immunics —  yoga for immunity — at The Graceful Planet dance and yoga studio in Sandy Hook on Thursday, February 12, from 6:30 to 8:15 pm.

Immunics is a not-for-profit yoga of immunity, an easy to learn type of yoga that does not require any special postures, but helps participants “install” good physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

“Immuners, as those practicing immunics are called, are able to remove, install and/or know anything they need for their healing and growth. They are also able to assist in the healing of others, with no credentials required,” Ms Kratka said.

Anyone can do immunics and is welcome to attend, including children, seniors, the infirm, and the disabled. There is no charge for the program but a free-willing offering will be asked.
