Newtown Resident Launches PR And
Marketing Services For Real Estate Industry
Newtown resident Dawn Handschuh has launched a new marketing and public relations copywriting business catering to realtors, developers, and associated service providers in the real estate industry.
âIn todayâs competitive real estate market, positive exposure and name recognition among prospective customers is critical to build or expand customer base,â Ms Handschuh said. âConnecticut Realtorsâ Resource saves realtors valuable time, so they can concentrate on what they do best â buying and selling quality homes.â
Ms Handschuh is principal of Connecticut Realtorsâ Resource. She specializes in writing customized marketing, public relations, and promotional materials for Connecticut realtors and builders, producing press releases, bios, ad, website copy, sales brochures, and other collateral that can help her clients grow their business.Â
Her public relations services include press release distribution to a targeted pool of publications drawn from her database of more than 125 Connecticut newspapers, magazines, real estate trade publications, business journals, special interest publications, and websites. âIf the realtor/builder is making news, Connecticut Realtorsâ Resource will make sure it is seen, heard, and understood,â Ms Handschuh said.
Before launching Connecticut Realtorsâ Resource, Ms Handschuh worked as senior writer for William Raveis Real Estate & Home Services. She has written extensively on the Connecticut real estate market, as well as the new construction and mortgage industries.
Ms Handschuh has more than 20 years of experience as a published writer, having worked for many years as a marketing copywriter in financial services and the insurance industry before turning to real estate. She started her career as a news journalist for The Cape Cod Oracle in Massachusetts and the Eagle-Times of Claremont, N.H.
