‘P’ Is For Pizza!

As part of their unit learning the letter “P,” Wesley Learning Center’s kindergarten class recently visited My Place Restaurant to learn how to make pizza. Students adopted different roles in each part of the pizza-making process. After his classmates helped knead the dough into a pie shape, student Oliver Watts spread sauce over its lightly floured surface. After topping the pizza with mozzarella cheese, the class helped slide it into the oven to bake. When it was finished, the tykes tenderly tasted their labor of love — Mmm…. “P” is for Perfect!
