C.H. Booth Library staff members Sue Kretz and Juli Pankow are introducing a group of adults this month to American mahjong, the tile game for four players that is a variant of the Chinese game of the same name.

Players gathered for the first time in the library's Gathering Room on February 1, where they spent the next two hours learning the basics of the fun and challenging game that can be enjoyed by all ages.

The series continues to February 22.
