Chamber Business After Hours At Cheffields

The Chamber of Commerce of Newtown, Inc., and the Monroe Chamber of Commerce will hold a “Business After Hours” networking meeting at G.P. Cheffields, located at 97 South Main Street in Newtown, on Tuesday, February 27, from 5 to 7 pm.

For the first time, this “Business After Hours” event will be sponsored by both the Monroe and Newtown chambers to give their members another opportunity to meet one another and network in a relaxed, after-hours environment.

Newtown and Monroe branches of Fleet Bank, which are members of their respective towns’ Chambers of Commerce, will host this meeting. Due the generous contributions of Fleet Bank, the evening will be free to all Monroe and Newtown chamber members. There will be a $10 fee for any non-Chamber members who wish to attend.

Although the event is free to chamber members, reservations are required. Call the Chamber office at 426-2695 to make a reservation by February 23.
