Adopt A Retired Greyhound

BRIDGEPORT – For anyone who has ever dreamed of owning a retired greyhound racer, the Shoreline Adoption Program will hold an Open House on Saturday and Sunday, February 21 and 22, from 12 noon to 4 pm, at 236 Evergreen Street in Bridgeport.

Shoreline Star currently has some wonderful retired racers available for adoption into approved homes. Interested families are invited to visit with the greyhounds. Volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions.

Directions: From I-95 South, take Exit 27A (Route 25/8). Exit off Lindley Street, Make a right at the bottom of the ramp, then a left at Evergreen Street (first street after the traffic light). Adoption kennel is at the end of Evergreen Street on the right side.
