Beatrice H. Bobe

Beatrice H. Bobe, 87, of Sandy Hook, beloved widow of George Bobe, died February 13 in Danbury Hospital. Mrs Bobe was born November 4, 1916 in Columbia, South America, a daughter of the late Frank and Emma (Escalante) Angulo.

Mrs Bobe was devoted to her children, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren and to her Lord and Savior. She is survived by her six children: Theresa and her husband Arthur DeSanto of Boulder City, Nev., George Bobe of Queens, N.Y., Reverend Fred Bobe and his wife Carolyn of Lebanon, Mo., Carol Cuccinello and her husband Robert of Sandy Hook, Dennis Bobe and his wife Grace of Rockville Centre, N.Y., and Jerry Bobe and his wife Fran of Houston, Mo.; a sister, Terry Arriojas of Sacramento, Calif. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 A memorial service was held February 19 in the Spadaccino Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike (Rte. 111), Monroe, with the Rev David McIntyre officiating.

Interment will be in St Raymond Cemetery in Westchester, N.Y., at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 372 Danbury Road, Wilton CT 06897.
