Continuing Education Courses

Space is still available for the following Newtown Continuing Education courses:

“Intro to Web Page Design Using Dreamweaver8,”  six classes starting Monday, March 5, 6:30-9:00 pm, will teach students how to design, format, work with images, link web pages and publish a web site on the Internet. The cost is $89.

“Word for Windows Part 1,” begins Monday, March 5, for three classes, 6:30-9:30 pm. Learn how to create and edit documents, formatting, spell check and many other features. No prior word processing knowledge is necessary, but a basic knowledge of computers and Windows is expected. The cost is $89.

“Fitness 1,” teaches an efficient and effective workout including aerobics, toning, and stretching. All levels of fitness welcome. Participants will need to bring water and a pair of hand weights for each class. This course is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning March 6, 4:30-5:30 pm, for 12 weeks. The fee is $79.
