For one weekend, C.H. Booth Library will host an opportunity for readers to clear their homes of many electronic devices.

The public is invited to visit the meeting room of the library, 25 Main Street, with items they would like to drop off for recycling.

Visit the library Friday, February 24, between 1 and 5 pm; Saturday, February 25, 9:30 am-5 pm; or Sunday, February 26, 12-5 pm, with any of the following items: computers, iPads, tablets, routers, video game consoles, computer parts, cell phones, cables, wires, and flat-screen monitors.

Televisions, large printers, and large monitors cannot be accepted.

There is no charge. Reservations are not available.

For additional information contact Jennifer Nash at 203-426-4533 or jnash@chboothlibrary.org.

A pair of young patrons heads toward the Children’s Department of C.H. Booth Library on February 17, passing a large digital screen that was put into service a day earlier. The screen has been installed just inside the southern entrance to the library, opposite the building’s western entrance. Visitors should use either of those entrances to access the building's meeting room February 24-26, when electronics to be recycled will be collected. —Bee Photo, Hicks
