Spending Other People's Money
Spending Other Peopleâs Money
To the Editor:
Mr Tom Catalina, I thank you for correcting any misinformation I had in my scathing letter dated February 10, 2004. If you read my letter slowly and carefully you will note that the purpose and thrust of my letter was the $5,000 given to the CAC for a supposed survey to determine how to gain space for the CAC. Since you and I agree the Senior Center and the CAC need more room, will you, therefore, equally request another $5,000 for the Senior Center for their survey.
The new phrase the Liberals rise to quell the taxpayer questions concerning overspending is âGet A Life.â Life is precious to Americans. It appears people like you are concerned with how to spend other peopleâs money for your own advantage, a baby boomerâs goal.
