When Someone Has An Advancing Illness

DANBURY — If you are concerned about a family member or friend who has been diagnosed with an advancing illness, an upcoming workshop can help. “What to Do When Someone Has an Advancing Illness” will be held on Friday, March 9, from 1 to 2:30 pm, at The Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families.

This beneficial workshop will offer practical suggestions, guidance and community resources for those concerned about someone who has an advanced illness. The workshop will be led by Mary Condron, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker from Regional Hospice and Home Care of Western Connecticut, Inc.

Preregistration is required. Thanks to the generous community support the center receives, there is no charge for this program.

Call Healing Hearts at 203-792-4422 with questions or to preregister for the workshop. To find out more about Regional Hospice and Home Care, visit www.RegionalHospiceCT.org.
