The presentation will be in The Alexandria Room at Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main Street in Newtown. It will include a talk-back with the performers and director following the reading, and coffee and dessert by Andreaâs Pastry Shop of Newtown.

Mr Dullea, a Golden Globe winning actor, is best known for the character of astronaut David Bowman in the sci-fi classic 2001: A Space Odyssey and its sequel, 2010: The Year We Make Contact. He has appeared in over thirty films, and won the Golden Globe for his role in David & Lisa. He is married to Mia Dillon.
Mia Dillon has appeared on Broadway in Crimes of the Heart, Agnes of God, Da, Hay Fever, The Miser and with Paul Newman in the revival of Our Town. She has been a frequent guest star on Law and Order and its spin-offs Criminal Intent and SVU, and has appeared in numerous films.
The reading will be directed by Stray Kats Theatre Company Artistic Director Kate Katcher, herself an actor, writer and director.
In The Middle of Nowhere won the ARTSport New Works Playwriting Contest in 2007, where Ms Katcher first discovered the play. It also won the Beverly Hills Theatre Guild/Julie Harris Playwright Award later that year and is about to be published.
