DANBURY – More than 400 runners took to the streets for the 20th annual Danbury Polar Bear run on Sunday. Joseph LeMay of Danbury finished first at 39:10, just 10 seconds ahead of Mike Hall of Washington and 28 seconds ahead of Bryan Kovalsky of Ridgefield.

Joe Cistulli of Sandy Hook was the top local finishers, coming in 29th at 47:34. He was one of 18 runners from Newtown and Sandy Hook to compete in the race. The top 10 finishers and the local finishers were:
