An Introduction To Feng Shui

BETHEL — Deborah Brody Ch’en, the wife of Master C.H. Ch’en, will conduct an eight-week intensive course on “Feng Shui Basic Precepts.”

Instruction will cover how to observe mountains, water and ch’i; understanding Yin and Yang; essentials of I Ching, the Chinese calendar, and five elemental actions; and entry to Shape, Compass and Nine Stars methods. Participants will qualify for apprenticeship with Master Ch’en upon successful completion of Mrs Ch’en’s course.

The class will be conducted Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. They will be held at HSIMGADO/US Taoch’and Office, 71 Stony Hill Plaza in the Stony Hill section of Bethel.

Tuition is $350, which includes all classes of the eight-week course, text and the examination fee at the conclusion of the course. The course begins Friday, April 14, but registration is open now. For additional information or to register, contact the HSIMGADO office at 775-5829.
